There is a great deal of concern surrounding COVID-19, currently. Many businesses are closing or imposing limits on the number of customers allowed at any given time, in order to help slow the spread of the virus. Several of you have inquired as to the plans of Fulfillment Express during this time, as you depend upon us for the continued shipping of your products. As such, we thought that we would take a moment to let you know our current plans during this crisis.
As of right now, Fulfillment Express plans to be “business as usual” from your perspective. Internally, we will be making some mild changes to encourage the health and well-being of our employees. However, we will still be running our usual shifts and shipping your orders, as normal. We do not currently have any plans to close, even temporarily. We are a smaller business with a limited number of employees and we are not open to the public. As such, the risks of our continued operation are as minimal as possible.
We are here today, serving your needs, and we have a full complement of employees (currently no different than any other day). Our employees have all managed to find child care for their children out of school and we are currently illness free. We will be taking certain cautionary measures, in house, to help reduce the risk to our employees, even further. However, those measures will not translate into any loss of service to our clients, at this time.
Obviously, we can’t predict the future or what will happen during this time of crisis. However, at the time of this message, there are no plans to change the level of our service to our clients or suspend activities. We hope that all of you will be safe and healthy during this time and we look forward to continuing to serve your needs, as we have always done.
